The Ukrainian Defense Forces have struck 21 Russian tankers, as well as four tugboats, two dry cargo ships, and one dredger in the waters of the Sea of Azov.
According to sea-news.az that the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine released this information.
According to the agency, the attack was carried out on the night of July 11 as part of measures to weaken Russia’s military and economic potential.
The General Staff stated that the Russian tankers are used to transport oil and petroleum products while bypassing international sanctions, which ensures the influx of funds to finance military operations against Ukraine.
At the same time, it was noted that the struck tugboats, dry cargo ships, and the dredger are used for military logistics, the transport of cargo, and supporting the operations of port infrastructure.
