At the event, Yasin Ayaz, the HR Specialist at “GN Group,” and Nurlan Suleymanov, the Director of “UAG CREW,” participated, sharing their experiences with the seafarers and answering their questions. During the meeting, they discussed the company’s free crewing service, which facilitates the employment process for ships sailing under the International Trade Shipping flag, aimed at improving the social welfare of seafarers. Information about current job vacancies was also provided, noting that there will soon be an opportunity to select qualified seafarers that meet modern standards in a short time.
The aim of regularly holding the “Open Doors” project is to enhance the social welfare of seafarers, allowing them to benefit from the maritime experience of leading countries and providing an opportunity for highly qualified professionals to share their expertise with the seafarers. Additionally, it ensures transparency in the employment process.
