Production Director
Qualification
- Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of working experience in the crude oil refining or petrochemical industry
- Minimum 10 years of experience in production, planning, reporting and operational processes at a managerial level
- Able to take an active role in commissioning of new investment projects
- Having strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities
- Experience in occupational health and safety management
- Ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels
- Good level in both written and verbal English
Job Description
- Managing all production and process activities in workplace to ensure the production taking place in an uninterrupted, economical, and safe manner
- Ensuring the production targets are realized in accordance with the policies, within the designated time period, quantity and quality
- Managing the commissioning, startup, shutdown, and emergency operations of existing and new investment projects
- Monitoring efficiency and continuity of the operations
- Planning maintenance requirements and monitoring the execution activities
- Supporting operational excellence team in creating new layouts and overall improvement projects
- revenue and capital budgeting of the department
