Baku International Sea Trade Port CJSC (Port of Baku) ended 2021 with 2.9 million manats ($1.71 million) in net profit. However, the CJSC had a net loss of 2.75 million manats ($1.62) in 2020.
As of January 1, 2022, the assets of Port of Baku amounted to 107.51 million manats ($63.2 million), 28.6% more than a year ago. During the reporting period, the port’s liabilities increased by 60% to 16 million manats ($9.41 million), and the net worth grew 24.3% to 91.5 million manats ($53.8 million).
