Position title: Structural Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise Structural design for offshore installation, including mostly new facility jackets, bridges and topside, but also brownfield modifications scope
- Follow-up of topside modules foundation and piling design
- Ensure Contractibility well assessed and addressed in design
- Supervise Weight Control
- Ensure proper design solutions are set up for Sea transportation, Lifting arrangements and appliances, Sea fastening design
- Material and corrosion discipline deliverables review and coordination of the company experts’ involvement as relevant
- Participate to Project Reviews, prepare and follow- up of the company audits
- Ensure completion of 3rd party verification activities of structural /naval discipline or any structural studies outside of main contractor’s scope
- Comply with applicable policies regarding Health, Safety, Security and Environment
- Ensure all subordinates are trained and fully understand all safe working practices within their sphere of operations
Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
- At least 10-15 years’ experience in Structural discipline
- Background in Civil Engineering discipline
- Fluency in English, spoken Russian and Azeri would be of a strong advantage
