The Port of Baku finds great importance in the logistics of public-private sector cooperation; as a result, the Port has begun a process of cooperation with the Albayrak Group, one of the largest holdings in Turkey. In this regard, on July 15, 2022, joint venture agreements were signed between the Port of Baku and the Albayrak Group at the Port of Baku in Alat. According to the signed agreements, the Parties will jointly operate at the “Fertilizer”, “Ro-Ro” terminals of the Port of Baku, as well as they will cooperate closely in other areas.
