Position: Refinery Asset Performance Manager
Qualification
- Minimum of 20 years of working experience in the crude oil refining or petrochemical related industry
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the maintenance, inspection, and quality control related works at a managerial level
- Working knowledge of operational excellence new layouts and performance improvement projects
- Working knowledge of trouble shooting, business strategies, and work planning
- Experience in occupational health and safety management
- Ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels
- Good level in both written and verbal English
Job Description
- Managing performance improvement projects in the areas of maintenance, inspection, and quality control (Asset Management)
- Supporting operational excellence team in making time studies, creating new layouts and overall asset improvement projects
- Identifying the low performance issues in asset management and bringing new insights into way of doing business, by brainstorming activities based on analysis and reports
- Establishing a process to standardize similar asset management issues, such as workflows, cycle times, or system flows
- Analyzing the progress and risks of projects and submitting related reports
- Taking necessary precautions to comply with the occupational safety rules and to prevent work accidents
- Managing the revenue and capital budgeting of the department
