Position Title: Senior Project Engineer (Drilling)
JOB OBJECTIVE:
Ensure all discipline work packs are created taking safety and constructability into consideration in line with Company and Client Procedures
Develop construction schedule in line with provided engineering information ensuring constructability and safety are implemented in line with Company and Client Procedures
Ensure Quality standards are adhered to in the construction work packs
Review progress reports issued by Superintendents prior to issuing to Head of Department ensuring accurate progress reporting / time writing
Raise Engineering queries / Construction Change Notices and managing change in line with the Company / Client Procedures
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
Demonstrate Safety Leadership and be fully conversant with the Project HSE Plan
Be fully conversant with the Project Quality Plan ensuring compliance
Interface with client / design teams ensuring constructability in considered during the design phase
Review and input into the Construction Schedule
Compile detailed construction work packs ensuring Safety / Engineering / material / plant & equipment and quality requirements are detailed
Requisition contractor supplied free issue materials, ATA provides materials and plant / equipment
Manage change associated with revised engineering details and advise / record change in the field
Ensure manning levels are reviewed / resourced in line with the construction schedule and forecast labour with Head Of Department and Superintendents
Report progress weekly to Head of Department, cost / planning department
Monitor / Influence productivity in line with the schedule
Ensure Work packs are closed out and all required Drgs Red Line As Built
Participate and contribute in Project personnel development programs.

As delegated by Construction Manager in accordance with Competency Assessment.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 or equivilant in discipline
Minimum Experience:
10 years experienced in a Structural lead role with a proven technical background
Previous topsides build experience
Job-Specific Skills:
Determination to achieve project & personal objectives and goals
Strong Safety Leadership Qualaties
To produce required data input into the project reporting system using the base lined level 3 schedule and highlight potential problems
To be able to demonstrate methodical and logical steps in managing multiple work fronts
Self-motivated.
