Palmali Shipping S.A has served in London on lawyers representing Litasco S.A., Messrs Debevoise & Plimpton, a claim form issued from the English High Court
together with particulars of claim in respect of a claim by Palmali Shipping S.A. against Litasco S.A. for breach of contract amounting to just under USD 2 billion plus interest and costs.
The claim concerns an alleged failure by Litasco S.A. to
provide contractual quantities of cargo under long term contract between the companies.
