Diplomatic volunteers visited the Port of Baku. During the visit, youths received extensive information about the activities of the port, its role in international trade and modern logistics systems. During the event, volunteers were presented with presentations on the development of transport infrastructure, the importance of multimodal transportation and the application of digital technologies in the field of logistics. Youth obtained detailed information about the operational processes of the port and management of cargo transportation and the effective organization of logistics processes.
In addition, volunteers were informed about the importance of environmentally sustainable transport systems and the concept of “Green Port”.
At the end of the visit, the volunteers emphasized that the knowledge and experience gained will play an important role in their future career development.
