Taleh Ziyadov, Director-General of the Port of Baku, participated in the joint panel titled “Ports as a Gateway for Decarbonization & Resilience” at COP29, alongside the representatives from the International Association of Ports and Harbors (IAPH) and International Maritime Organization (IMO).
During the speech, he shared his thoughts on sustainable port operations, renewable energy projects, the use of solar panels to further reduce carbon footprints, and the work being done on decarbonization.
