“Marine Volunteers’” established on the ASCO Maritime College, “Surakhani” ship-museum and “Young Volunteers” public association basis together with “Eco Volunteers” of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources participated at clean-up event on the territory of “Bibiheybat” shipyard.
More than 60 volunteers took part in the event held under the slogan “Less plastic, more life: together for a clean sea!” within the framework of the “Solidarity for a Green World Year”.
At the clean-up event, volunteers received necessary sanitary equipment and cleaned the coastline from plastic and other trash.
During the event, participants were informed about the importance of ecological cleanliness, environmental protection and the work carried out by our state in this direction.
