  • Oversee project plans including business, production and/or organizational prioritiesIdentify/advise to resolve problematic issues which could affect project deliverablesOversee the management of budgets and reports to inform progress internally and/or externally to HMHEnsure commercial terms, specifications and conditions of contract are followedEnsure long-lead items are identified and procured in a timely mannerAttend required meetings with customer and inter-companyMonitor outside fabrication contractsCoordinate with QA to ensure quality plan is followed per contractual specificationsManage change order processDevelop deliverable requirements/listsAssist the Overhaul & Modification Manager to set the yearly strategic objectivesFully support the company’s yearly strategic objectivesInteract with customers and other HMH personnel in a professional mannerComplete all work in compliance with company and customer’s policies and procedures for Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE)Stay current on information contained in Product and Safety BulletinsEstablish and maintain a good working relationship with client personnelEmployee may be requested to operate company vehicle for business purposesPerform any and all additional duties as assigned in a timely and professional mannerPossess knowledge of global contract administration practicesProject Delivery
    • Status Reporting as per requirementsIdentify major deviations and advise to resolve any problemsManagement of budgetsClose out reports and hand-over documentation after delivery of any required goods and services to customer
  •  Competence Requirements
  • B.S Degree in Engineering DisciplineTwo (2)+ Years Project ExperienceConversant with engineering, procurement and manufacturing systems, practices and processesAbility to lead, direct, motivate and empowerProvides authoritative advice and expertise to diagnose, investigate and solutions to moderately complex problemsAnalyze “Big Picture” to identify risk and implement corrective actionKnowledge of business administration, management and financial principlesAbility to perform detailed cost analysisAbility to understand drawings and specificationsAbility to perform as a technical specialistAbility to develop schedulesCompetent with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)Proficient in written and reading comprehension of EnglishExcellent verbal communication skills               Ability to work as an individual and as part of a teamAbility to take initiative and be accountable for own decisions and actionsAbility to focus on and bring to conclusion to multiple tasksAbility to perform as a group leadAbility to work under pressure and on own initiativeAbility to pre-empt situations and react positivelyOrganized and methodical, high integrity and ethical valuesAbility to negotiate and communicate at all levels to coordinate tasks effectively between different Departments
