The tanker “Akademik Khoshbakht Yusifzade” has been involved in the first transportation of the oil produced from Kazakhstan’s “Kashagan” field via the Aktau-Baku route through the Caspian Sea has started, Report informs, citing the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping CJSC.
In the first batch, a total of 6,900 tons of crude oil was loaded into the tanker, which departed from Kazakhstan’s Aktau port and will deliver oil to Azerbaijan’s Sangachal terminal.
