Position: Slickline Field Specialist
Minimum 5 years related field experience. 2 years supervising slickline operations plus additional experience as equipment operator
Degree qualifie: Mechanical Repair and Maintenance
Slickline Field Specialist:
The Field Specialist organizes, oversees and performs all kinds of jobs with assigned equipment and people, safely and efficiently. Provides Service Delivery with flawless Service Quality and no HSE incidents in accordance with company policies, standards and procedures.

Verify and Prepare Resources at Product Line Location
Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
Responsible for service delivery execution.
Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
Maintain the required safety training.
Skills:
Sllickline field experience with experience in Gas-lift, Baker Surset plugs, Crown Plugs and fishing operations.
Additional Skills:
Past Slickline experience in same type of environment
