Trend:Sea voyages have been cancelled in Turkey’s Istanbul city due to heavy rain and strong winds, the Turkish Maritime Administration said Dec. 16.
Unstable weather will be observed for another three days, according to forecasts.
Due to the cancellation of sea voyages, the Marmaray undersea railway tunnel is operating in enhanced mode.
