AZERTAC“Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway will significantly improve potential of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route,” Kazakhstan`s ambassador to Azerbaijan Beybit Isabayev has told a briefing.
He described Baku-Tbilisi-Kars as a large-scale project that will give impetus to the development of cooperation not only among Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey and but also among all Asian and European countries on the Silk Road in the fields of transport and transit.
