The Velikiy Ustyug rocket fleet of the Caspian Flotilla of the Russian Navy Fleet and the “MB-58” naval boat paid friendly visit to Baku on September 19.
Report was informed in the press service of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD).
The guests visited the Alley of Martyrs and laid flowers at the Eternal Flame memorial complex.
During the visit, the ships will be accepted by the Command of the Navy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and will be acquainted with the educational process at the Azerbaijan High Military School.
Within the framework of the program it is planned to arrange ships’ boat trips to Baku, as well as a friendly football match to get acquainted with cultural and historical monuments.
The visit will last until September 22.
