The passenger vessel “PSK 48”, which belongs to the Offshore Fleet of the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company, was put up to the dock. Dock repair of the vessel is carried out at the “Bibiheybat” ship repair yard. During the repair work, the kingstones and the kingstones boxes will be set up, and the underwater and above-water parts will be cleaned from corrosion and fouling, followed by painting the hull of the vessel. The steering and rowing device of the vessel will also be repaired. Upon completion of work, the passenger vessel will be tested for compliance with the requirements of the Register. The maximum speed of a passenger vessel “PSK 48” with a capacity of 60 passengers is 10 knots. A vessel of 28.82 meters in length and 6.5 meters width will again be used for transportation of oilmen upon the completion of the repair. |
