    Romanian port of Constanta plans to enter to the International Association “Trans-Caspian International Transport Route”

     In the framework of the IV International Transport and Logistic Business Forum “New Silk Way” (X Astana Economic Forum), a memorandum of understanding between the Romanian port of National Company “Maritime Ports Administration” SA Constanta and International Association “Trans-Caspian International Transport Route” was signed in Astana on 15th of June.

     The Memorandum is aimed to initiate the entry of the Romanian port into the International Association “Trans-Caspian International Transport Route”, with a view to further development of a transport corridor connecting the ports of the Caspian and Black Seas and increasing the existing cargo flows along the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route.

     Secretary of State of the Ministry of Transport of Romania, Maria Magdalena Grigore, attended the ceremony of signing the memorandum.
