Training of civil defense commanders for the management team successfully completed at the shipyard
Training for the management on the issues of “Organization of management of civil defense bodies and forces in the aftermath of emergency situations was held at the “Bibi-Heybat” Ship repair yard of “Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company” CJSC.
Along with the management staff of the ship repair yard, the Emergency Commission, Office of Civil Defense, commanding officers, Civil Defense Forces and members of the paramilitary security service No. 3 of yard community policing were also involved to the training.
The main goal of the training is to improve the knowledge of organizing the management of civil defense bodies and forces in the liquidation of possible or occurred consequences of emergency situations on the territory of the yard, timely and qualitative execution of instructions of the governing bodies, increase knowledge of the rules of behavior in emergency situations.
Before training, serious preparatory work was carried out. So, the imitated territory of emergency situation was maintained, conditional fire and collapses were created, protective equipment was distributed to personal, the necessary medical supplies were provided for the provision of first aid to the conditioned wounded. Along with this, the participants of the training were instructed on the safety rules.
The training, which lasted about an hour, was successfully completed.
It should be noted that the training for the management staff of the “Bibi-Heybat” Ship Repair yard was carried out according to the urgent information table and the conditional signals provided by the Emergency Department of the Sabail district of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
